The property is on the ground floor and has a comfortably furnished lounge with patio doors leading out onto the terrace. There are three bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a double bed and also patio leading out onto a second very private terrace and seating area. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom also has a double bed while the third bedroom has twin beds. These bedrooms share a second bathroom.

The kitchen is well equipped including electric oven, hob, and fridge freezer. There is a small utility area housing a washing machine and dryer.

The outside space in this property is divine – there is a covered terrace where you can sit and enjoy the views over the beautifully maintained gardens and to the Mediterranean sea beyond. There is an open terrace for dining or sunbathing.  The swimming pool is large and inviting. Please enquire in advance as to whether or not the pool will be open during your stay as many community pools are closed during the winter months.

All rooms have dual air conditioning: there is English language television. No pets due to community rules.
