Available for winter rental from 1st November 2024  to 30th April 2025 at  950€/month plus utilities. 

Luxury apartment located in the prestigious urbanisation of Finca San Antonio close to Mijas Pueblo.  The apartment is west facing and will receive plenty of sun shine well in to the late evening. 

The apartment is located on the first floor with lift access and is of a very high standard.  The lounge is spacious and comfortably furnished and patio doors lead out onto a very large double balcony. 

There are two bedrooms, the Master with en-suite bathroom and patio doors out onto the balcony.  This bedroom has a double bed while the second bedroom has twin beds.  There is another family bathroom with walk in shower cubicle.

The kitchen is well equipped and there is a separate utility room housing the washing machine.

The apartment has an allocated garage space if you choose to hire a car, but, if not, the apartment is on the bus route with buses running between Fuengirola and Mijas every 20 minutes or so. 

There is full ducted air conditioning.

The balcony has two sections:  one set up with table and chairs while the other section has sunbeds.

The urbanisation has in addition to two communal pools,  very well maintained gardens and a Social Room where there is free wi fi internet and a games section. Please enquire in advance as to whether or not the pool will be open during your stay as many community pools are closed during the winter months.Tenants will pay the final cleaning.  Agency fee applies.

Review from Barbara W. We have just spent an 8 day holiday at the beautiful apartment H110 Finca San Antonio just outside Mijas Pueblo. The location is ideal, with car parking on the site. For those not wishing to hire a car there are bus stops outside the development on the main road for regular buses into Mijas village and also to Fuengirola. The main road is not busy and travelling around is very easy. The development is beautiful with lush tended gardens and two very good swimming pools. It is not a typical holiday complex and that is a good thing. The apartment itself is stunning. The accomodation, furnishings, crockery, etc. everything we needed was to hand including plenty of fluffy towels. The quality of everything is top notch. The large balconies are very handy for eating and relaxing. We were so comfortable that another few days would have been the icing on the cake. We would have no hesitation in returning. Arrangement of the apartment through Mijas Rentals was very smooth and staff were very helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again.
