Apartment located at the Western edge of Mijas village in the popular residential complex of El Mirador de Mijas. It is a 10 minute easy stroll into the centre of this picturesque white village with its cobble stoned streets.

The property is equipped with wi fi internet, a flat screen television and there is a DVD player with DVDs. The television receives BBC1, BBC2, ITV and Channels 4 and 5.

There are 2 double bedrooms: The Master bedroom has twin beds which can either be used as twins or join if a double bed is preferred. There is an en-suite bathroom.   The second bedroom has twin beds and use of a second bathroom with walk in shower facilities. There is a hair dryer in the apartment.

As the apartment is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning throughout it is the ideal property for vacations throughout the year.   The good sized swimming pool is set in a large sunbathing terrace and is perfect for couples or families.

The kitchen is well equipped including dishwasher and electric oven.

The joy of this apartment is its terrace which is partially covered from which you can enjoy the panoramic views. The apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Please note that as there are no steps from the Visitor's parking area to the apartment it is suitable for clients with reduced mobility.

If you choose to hire a car if you want to visit some of the nearby towns - Granada, Ronda, Cordoba, Marbella and Malaga. There are allocated parking spaces for both residents and visitors.
