La Cala de Mijas was originally a small fishing village and retains a lot of its charm. For golf lovers there are 4 golf courses all within a short drive, while for sun worshippers there are miles of beaches leading to Marbella which is only 20 minutes along the coast. The apartment itself is located in Jardin Botanico just 5 minutes' drive from the centre of La Cala with its many shops restaurants, and of course, its beaches. The property is bright, modern and well furnished with ducted hot/cold air conditioning throughout. It has lift access and there is easy on street parking. In the apartment itself entry is into an entrance hallway with a security entryphone system. From the hallway double doors lead into the spacious lounge/diner with its comfortable sofas, smart flat screen TV receiving English and international channels, DVD player and dining table seating 6. Patio doors lead out to the its large terrace with views over the communal gardens and pool A table and 4 chairs are provided for exterior dining. The second bedroom has twin beds and has use of a toilet with walk in shower cubicle. The kitchen is well equipped with a granite worktop, electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishasher, kettle and toaster. There is a separate utility room housing the washing machine. There is a large shared communal swimming pool enjoying stunning views of the Mediterranean sea.
