The apartment is south facing and enjoys plenty of natural light and sunshine making it the ideal property for a winter getaway.

There are 2 bedrooms; the first has twin beds while the Master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. There is a second family bathroom with walk in shower. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the Master bedroom has patio doors leading out onto the balcony.

From the lounge patio doors also lead out onto the balcony which has a table and chairs for exterior dining and also sofas and coffee table so you can enjoy it to the full.

The apartment has dual air conditioning throughout and a private garage space.

Exterior:- There are large gardens, and 2 pools, one being a children’s pool in addition to paddle courts. Please enquire in advance as to whether or not the pool will be open during your stay as many community pools are closed during the winter months.

As the apartment is located on the ground floor and has lift access to the underground garage it is suitable for people with restricted mobility.

La Cala Hills is under 10 minutes’ drive from the coastal town of Fuengirola and within walking distance there is a parade of shops and restaurants. For golf lovers it is very close to Mijas Golf course and for country lovers it has easy road access to the nearby countryside.
