There is a corner sofa, dining table and chairs, wi fi and Smart tv where you can connect to Crome Cast, Netflix, etc. The kitchen area is fitted including a full oven and hob and microwave. Patio doors lead out onto the very large patio with BBQ and sun loungers.

The Master bedroom has a beamed ceiling and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower.

Both bedrooms have double beds and the second bedroom has use of a guest WC.

The property is south facing and enjoys all day sun making it an attractive winter rental property. Views are over the pool and to the sea beyond.

There is gated communal open parking, and the property has restaurants, shops and all of the amenities of Mijas on its doorstep. The lounge has dual air conditioning, and there is a public bus stop very close by.

New air conditioning units have been installed in both the lounge and the Master bedroom.

Please note that there are several flights of stairs to negotiate from the property to street level, so it is not suitable for clients with reduced mobility.
