Spacious holiday ideally located in a gated residential complex just 15 minutes’ drive from Malaga airport, 5 kms. from the nearest beach and close to the beautiful white villages of Mijas and Benalmadena village.
Laid out on three levels this home from home has on the ground floor a lounge with patio doors leading out onto a partially covered terrace set with dining table and chairs – perfect for dining. The lounge has dual air conditioning and for the cooler winter months a wood burning stove. Also on this floor is the well equipped kitchen and a guest cloakroom.
Stairs lead up to the first floor with a large open roof terrace with sea views.
On the lower level of the house are 3 ample sized double bedrooms, all with air conditioning. The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom while the two remaining bedrooms share a further family bathroom with walk in shower. A door leads out onto the very large private garden – perfect for young children to play in while the grown -ups sunbathe on the sun loungers.
There is a carport for parking and an enticing swimming pool set in gardens with views over the surrounding countryside and to the sea. Please enquire in advance as to whether or not the pool will be open during your stay as many community pools are closed during the winter months.
Less than 5 minutes’ drive away is the famous El Higueron restaurant, and the El Higueron parade of shops with its Carrefour supermarket, restaurants and cafés.
