Alhaurin golf course nestles in the foothills of the Sierra de Mijas and consists of a course of 18 holes par 72 designed by legendary player Severiano Ballesteros and a 9-hole par 3. There is a Club House and nearby a Hotel and several country restaurants (knows as Ventas).
The apartment itself is located on the 2nd floor with lift access and has a spacious and comfortably furnished lounge with patio doors leading onto a covered terrace of 11.15 M2. This balcony enjoys morning sun until around 3 pm. There are 2 bedrooms: the Master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom while the second bedroom has twin beds. There is a second family bathroom with walk in shower.
The kitchen is modern, spacious and well equipped offering all amenities including dishwasher.
From the entrance hallway stairs lead up to the roof solarium of 28.59 M2 which enjoys all day sun. Here there is a gas BBQ, comfortable rattan sofa, table and chairs and sun beds.

The penthouse enjoys excellent views over the golf course, the communal gardens and mountains.
Facilities include ducted dual air conditioning in all rooms, wi fi internet, Television receiving English language channels, DVD player. There is in addition a garage space, and communal pool and gardens. Please enquire in advance as to whether or not the pool will be open during your stay as many community pools are closed during the winter months.
For those who enjoy hiking there are several excellent hiking trails within the vicinity and there is good road access to Fuengirola on the coast (15 – 20 minutes’), Marbella (25 minutes’), the airport (25 minutes’) and the pretty mountain village of Mijas Pueblo (15 minutes).
