Nuevo Pueblo is at the edge of Mijas village with restaurants closeby and within 10 minutes' walk of the centre of this quaint village with its cobbled streets. The property itself has on the ground floor 2 double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. The Master bedroom has a King sized bed, whilst the second bedroom has a King size bed plus bunk beds, sleeping 4 in one room (perfect for families with children). There is a second full bathroom on this floor (both bathrooms have walk-in shower cubicles). Upstairs you will find the spacious lounge with sea and mountain views.There is Smart TV with english programes, DVD player, radio/cassette and MP3 Player. There is in addition a safe where you can enter your own security code.The open-plan kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is a dining table seating 6. Outside there is a very private patio area with table and chairs, sun loungers, blind and BBQ. Travel Cot with bedding, High chair, cot and baby bath included. Please note that there are a number of steps leading to the house from street level, so the property is not considered suitable for people with walking difficulties.
